STEP TWO - Send Information
|
After you have placed your order you will receive an order number and email confirmation. If we will be doing any design or layout we will need all information prior to starting. (pictures, logos, ect). Please make sure your files meet or exceed our Artwork Guidlines.
How to send information
- UPLOAD ONLINE or EMAIL
- USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS , DHL or Other Delivery Service
- Information and logos can also be submitted on compact disk or flash card formated for PC (no macs) and mailed to

STEP THREE - Proof Design |
Proofs will be uploaded to your order folder in a PDF format, unless other arangements have been made. This is the last step before print, so read your proofs carefully! If you have any changes this is the time to make them, one round of author changes is allowed per order - an author change is defined as a change to information previously supplied by you the author. Additional author changes are billed at $6 per round. There is no limit or charge for designer error corrections.
Note: ALL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED - NO EXCEPTIONS |

STEP FOUR - Print |
Our custom printing process is one of the quickest in the industry, for this reason there will be no changes to orders after they have reached this stage. |

All order will be shipped UPS or Federal Express Ground, unless previous arrangments have been made. |
